PROJECT RESONANCE
Independent Violin String Analysis
Project Resonance is an independent research initiative dedicated to the study of violin strings through high-fidelity acoustic analysis and real playing conditions.
The project aims to better understand how strings evolve over time, bridging the gap between measurable acoustic data and the musician’s lived experience.
Short positioning
Combining structured testing protocols with real-world musical performance, Project Resonance offers a unique perspective on string behavior, longevity, and playability.
Survey (Microsoft Forms)
This international survey (2–3 minutes) is part of Project Resonance, an independent initiative dedicated to the acoustic analysis of violin strings. The aim is to better understand how violinists select their strings, which criteria matter most, and how players gather information before choosing a set. All responses are anonymous, and no personal data is collected.
